Condolence: Dear Terry, I was shocked to learn of your Mom's sudden passing. I remember her well from the years she and your dad lived in First Peninsula. It was great to have the opportunity within the passed year to have spoken with her in the Walmart parking lot, and surprising that she recognized me.
